We do not offer any returns after account information has been sent, under any circumstance. If an account you buy from us becomes hacked or banned, we will do everything in our power to help you get it back, but we do not offer any refund. All characters are sold as they are, and are thoroughly described on their respective product pages. If you have any questions regarding an account, or if you are hesitant about something, please contact our customer support here.
Upon purchase, you can expect us to deliver the ordered product within a reasonable time. However, things in real life can hinder us from having access to a computer, in which case we ask you to please be understanding. Once your purchase is processed and completed, we will give you the login details for the account, including username, email and password for both battle.net and the email connected to it. Due to an increase in fraudulent activities, we can and will withhold SQA on certain World of Warcraft accounts. This is for our own safety. Buyer will be notified of this before purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If we choose to cancel your order, you will receive a refund.
Every account purchase made through our website is protected by our Lifetime Support Policy. However, by performing or purchasing an account name change (even from us), selling the account, hacking or botting, you are no longer valid to partake in our Lifetime Support Policy. When an account name change is performed, you have the chance to change the accounts name to your name, effectively making you the “owner” of the account. If you decide to take on another name, there is a higher chance the original owner could eventually try to take the account back. There is no way for us to protect our customers against this. If the account was not name changed, you are still protected by our policy.
We do not offer any returns after TCG code has been sent, under any circumstance. If the TCG code does not work, we will do everything in our power to help you get the correct code you purchased, but we will not offer any form of refund. If you have any questions regarding the purchase of a TCG code, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support here.
Upon purchase, you can expect us to deliver the ordered product usually instantly, however fault in technical error may occur at any given time, in which case we are not responsible. Once your order is received, and payment is successful, the purchased TCG code should arrive in both email form and be visible in the order history displayed on our website mmoagent.com.

Any dispute against MMOagent must be submitted to confidential arbitration in the state of Norway.
